ThermoSteam recommends that you keep the following replacement parts on hand.
- Gauge glass (10" on boilers with McDonnel & Miller control, 12" on boilers with water column)
- Gauge glass gaskets
- Hand-hole gaskets
- McDonnell & Miller gaskets (on boilers with McDonnell and Miller control)
- Pump seal kit (or spare pump)
- Thermocouple (where used)
- Complete pilot assembly (on electric ignition models)
- Ignition wire (on electric ignition miodels)
- Pump relay (contactor on newer models)
- Lamp bulbs (on newer models)
- Fuses
In some cases the orginial component (such as a gas valve) is no longer manufactured. In those situations, we will offer a proper substitute component.
Shipping
ThermoSteam ships parts weighing up to 50 lbs. by UPS ground service. Faster delivery (UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air) is available at an additional charge. Items weighing more than 50 lbs are shipped via common carrier or specially selected truck lines to meet your delivery requirement.
All parts are shipped FOB the ThermoSteam plant, Diamond Bar, CA.
